John, welcome to the site from Michigan! You have already gotten some good feedback on your steering question but you should go to the steering and suspension forum and start a posting there for more help and responses.

There is a small tang on the clip holding it in place. Take a small flat and narrow screw driver and put it in the small end to release it and pull the clip out the other end. It might take a couple of tries to get it out.

I love it! CB antenna and stainless mud guards, same set up I had on my '71 Challenger.

Right here and the other forums. Some have had success with Bring A Trailer.

The factory struts do not attach to the radiator support and there is no "swivel type rod". They attach directly to the lower control arm and the k-frame.

I'll have to find my pictures but one in each rear floor board.

Does your cap look like this? If you can pick up that center brass piece like Steve said your good to go.

First check your coolant level. It may be too high.
