Damn, you guys are having some real clearance issues! I did my swap back in about 2008-2009 and used the TTI mount brackets and headers with the factory power steering box and had no clearance issues at all! It seems the Holley stuff causes a lot of headaches.

Correct! The 354 head intake ports had a straighter shot to the intake valve than the 392 heads did. Back in the day when the Chrysler Hemi was the engine to use in fuel racing, racers looking for that extra bit of horsepower would run the 354 heads on the 392 engines. The 354 was a low deck...
Yup! My first Cuda was a 70 with F8 Green paint and I still regret selling it. The one I have now was originally a yellow Gran Coupe and most of the GC trim was long gone when I got it. It is now a Cuda tribute with F8 Green paint and it makes me happy. I really don't care what a purist thinks...
