    4 psi is low side , should be 5-7 psi . I would first take the top off the carb & make sure the float level is set correctly , none are from the factory , The spring on the secondary door could be set too light & opening too soon causing power loss with too much air &*no added fuel

    As I have said many times I wouldn't put a Comp Cam in my lawnmower, their stuff is Junk . The problem started with the cam swap so it has to be related to that . 27 degrees off yikes ,I hope the valves didn't touch the pistons

    Tubular upper control arms will help wheel alignment for sure , tubular sway bars increase roll stiffness & decrease weight , much fatter torsion bars & high quality shocks will help a lot , you can use composit rear leafs & better shocks on the rear , better 4 or 6 piston brakes with hydroboost...
