Check all the rubber lines from tank to pump. I had similar issue and it turned out to be a pin hole in the rubber line. Pump couldn't get suction.

Eh, little stretch there, that code defines the VIN requirements. Altering VIN is obviously illegal, doubt altering an option code would fall under altering the VIN.

Aren't the Dakota gauges backlit? Probably don't want external light on them? You could probably use either standard or ralley. I always thought the ralley bar had 4 lights because of the 4 large gauge pods. Many moons ago on my first car, converted to ralley, and kept the 3 light bar. I didn’t...

Metal or fiberglass based pad? It lays across the metal frame, it might straighten out. If it is fiberglass, you got longer term problems.

Pretty rare, probably only less than 100 Chart shows percentages based on color, no way to know engine/trans percentages.

I wouldn't bother, it has nowhere to go. Can't get longer, and will collapse if needed. Some do put plastic screws there.

Dash script isn't molded for Cuda/Challenger (1st pic), has the square shape for later years.

Seems pretty obvious there are at least 2 different shapes, so they can't all be E-body. Looks like some have the slanted edge I'd expect, others seems square, which definitely isn't for E-body. Unless it's an optical illusion.
