Assembly date code is on the pad shown in your third pic. That one looks to have been rebuilt/remanufactured and most of the date stamps were probably lost during media blasting of the case.

I hadn’t noticed that the repros were slightly different from original. Original RH nozzles has the two ribs and the LH/driver’s side nozzle was smooth. It appears the repros are just smooth.

I’m guessing apply the paint with a fine brush down in the recessed area then wipe any excess paint on the flat surface carefully with a damp cloth or a-tip using thinner.
