I have a rebuilt 440 bored .04. Mild performance cam, 3.55 rear end. Looking for a neutral torque converter 24 spline. I’m thinking 2400 to 2800 stahl. Any recommendations?
Looking at upgrading my front disc from 11 in to 11.75 or 12. What is the best way to do this with out breaking the bank. I just upgraded the rear drums to 11.25 Dr. Diff disc.
Does anyone know the length of the rear frame rail after it makes its S to the rear cross sill? Doing a repairs after pulling the trunk floor pan off and both sides had different lengths. I want to get it close as I can instead of buying new frame rails.
I have a 72 SB 727 off of a 318 E body and was wondering what it would take to convert it to a BB 727 E body for a 440? I have a 79 BB empty mobile home bell housing I can use.
It looks like the correct one. It is the same one I took off when I rebuilt it but after 40 years who knows. So I got the timing set now at 12 degree advanced with the correct spark plugs took it out and no back fire at all. Runs like a champ.
