    Timing issues.

    I have a 440 sixpack with a mild cam,40 over.Can someone please advise the correct timing .And why the timing is changing with the slightest pressure on the throttle. Could this be caused by weak or damaged springs in the distributor?

    Backfire 71 440 .

    1971 Challenger 440 sixpack ,have been having backfire when shutting the car off in park.It does not backfire if I shut the car off in drive,with my foot on the brake.Is this mostly a timing issue?

    Valley and intake manifold installation.

    Gas leaking on top of Valley pan.

    Tire sizes.

    Can anyone please advise on tire size for a 1971 Dodge Challenger Rt? Currently have Hoosier pro street size 29 12.50 15 on the rear with 15 by10 magnum 500 wheels?And 28 9.50 15 on 15 by 8 wheels on the front.     Fuel pump.

    Does anyone have a mechanical fuel pump for a 71 Challenger Rt 6 pack that they would like to sell.Needs to be in working order.With 6 psi output.Prefer an Edelbrock model number 1723.Having trouble locating a new one due one.Thanks for reading.

    6 PACK IDLE SOLENOID

    Can anyone tell if a 6 pack 440 idle solenoid can be rebuilt or where one can be purchased?I can't afford to spend 600 bucks on ebay.

    440 fuel pump installation.

    Can someone please advice the procedure to safely bump the engine in order to get the push rod for the fuel pump high enough,for the arm to to be in the proper position,for the bolts to be tightened.Does the pushrod need to be removed before bumping the engine and then reinstalled.
