You should have no problems. The 70-74 engine bays are all the same and your 318 & 340 are the same external size. If the 318 with manifolds fit, the 340 with the same manifolds will fit. You mention probably going with a TTI set up. If you're talking headers, pay attention to the footnotes...

No stripes. The all-black is an iconic look. Story is cool but the stripes make the car look like a Chip Foose Overhaulin creation. Stunning car as it is.
