SOLD Need new rod pin bushings (small end)

Found some. Not perfect sizes but Crower has some (90980X120-8). Summit sells them for $155 but Crower sells direct for $109.57 The machine shop says they will adjust the OD & ID and the slightly narrower width won't be a problem.

    1970 AMD Challenger Shaker hood

Not a shaker, but I got a Rallye hood from AMD about two years ago and it was super close right out of the box. I wouldn't have any qualms about buying from them again.

    Convertible Trunk Divider Board

I had a summer job between high school and freshman year of college where I worked in a North Carolina sheet metal shop fabbing up HVAC ducts for commercial projects. I was in the back of the cinderblock building, hot, no air flow, long sleeves, cutting insulation off a roll, using a glue gun...

Disk brakes for 70 challenger w/ 14 in wheels

I agree. 14" or 15" for the older cars unless you're going autocrossing or something similar.

Very timely as I'm planning the drive train/rear gearing/tire size for my current project. Thanks for posting.

Disk brakes for 70 challenger w/ 14 in wheels

The man wants what he wants. I support his choice to keep 14" wheels on a classic car - but then modern diameter wheels just don't do anything for me. I guess it's similar to the opinions for carb vs efi, Go Wing vs ducktail spoiler, painting dual hood scoops body color vs matte black, etc...

    Newbie floor question

Now I'm confused as this picture of your insert looks like the rear outboard corner of Bustbeel1's. What's going on?
  13. mayhem

    Newbie floor question

That certainly doesn't look anything like the corner in rklein71's picture. Did you send that pic to AMD?

    Newbie floor question

So what is the fix? Get some 1/2" Grade 8 bolts & turn down a 1/4" of the tip to mirror the original bolts?

    Newbie floor question

Thanks for sharing this. Any idea if 7/16" is still the industry standard?

    Newbie floor question

Oh! Even worse. Once again, how could they let that happen? Has there been a change in seatbelt bolt size since the muscle car era? I 'might' be able to understand it (ok, no I can't) if somewhere along the line the industry upgraded to the 1/2" size. Next we'll have somebody chime in about...

    Newbie floor question

Yikes. Coarse vs fine? How did that even happen? You'd think for what they charge, these things would be better sorted.

    Newbie floor question

Interesting. I've never had anything more than minor adjustments to AMD stuff but I haven't bought recently. When did you buy yours? Beside the floor section in your picture, what was the second part that was off?
