I have a lock plate and pin and I believe both snap rings that you need. I will be home from my vacation on Tuesday and can check on everything.

What parts are you missing besides the round lock plate and the 2 snap rings. Do you have the Lock lever and pin assembly and the plate and screws that hold it in in pictures 5, 7, 15, 16, 17

I have extra lock plate and snap rings from a spare column and other parts. Do you have any pictures of your column. The missing snap rings would make it move up and down.

What year car? I believe the lock plate started in 1971 with the lever on the column. 1970 had the linkage under the car
