    Seat height?

Looks like the Tuff wheel may be the way to go. I think it looks better too!

    Seat height?

    Nope, no risers at all.

    Seat height?

How much distance should there be between the stock steering wheel and the seat? I’m 6’ 3” and weigh a little north of 200lbs and I have a heck of a time getting my thigh between the steering wheel and the seat. Steering column appears to be in its proper place. From the bottom of the wheel to...

Driver’s door is fine and looks even at the gaps. Passenger door sticks ever so slightly when opening. Gap is not great, but I have seen worse on newer cars. May just be bad or mis-aligned door. Something to look at too.

Sag and/or twist is something that has entered my mind... I`ll check AMD also.

    Topless ‘Cuda

It’s an 8 1/2 hour drive, one way. Looks like a weekend road trip may be in my future. My brother always says that the sun shines on a dog’s butt every once in a while and that I am the luckiest person he has ever seen!

    Topless ‘Cuda

Thanks for the links! Yes, it is an original FC7 car. Unfortunately, it does not have the fender tag. The seller thought he had it but, he has been unable to locate it. Divorce was involved, so it is doubtful it will ever show up 😢. The cornering lights were removed and filled in prior to my...

    Topless ‘Cuda

I bought my ‘70 ‘Cuda hardtop a few years ago from a friend of mine for a ridiculously low price, considering it was a running and (mostly) drivable car. The problem is that it does not have a roof. At some point before my buddy bought it, someone decided to cut the roof off for reasons unknown...

Is it possible it make a convertible

So, there IS hope of finding a roof for mine! I bought mine without a roof and would like to find a replacement. The car came with a convertible roof frame and various other ‘vert parts, but I would rather put a hardtop back on.

    Electronic control module melted!

Thanks for the replies. I saw that it was filled with either sand or crushed glass underneath the epoxy. It makes for a sticky mess when the epoxy breaks down and runs. I will check the bulkhead connections to make sure that I don’t have a bad connection, and check for the voltage drop. The...

    Electronic control module melted!

Has anyone seen this before? I popped the hood on my ‘70 ‘Cuda this morning and noticed that there was something leaking down the firewall from my ECM. I pulled it off and found.....this! Needless to say, this is very concerning. I have never seen one do this before. I can only assume that I...

This is what you get after spending 50+ years in a dealership

If you want to go a little newer, you can always convert from liters to cubic inches...... 3.6 liter Mopar = 220 ci (rounded up to nearest whole number)

    Thought this was cool...

Yep, definitely looks like a vinyl top.
