I found out why my horn was going off. The insulation coating under the horn contact ring had worn off. I was wondering what the greenish material was in my steering column was.

I I found the part that you posted, It's $500, new. I can get a complete assembly with the lens for $250. I found the pigtail for a 70 on Ebay, new. I can't figure out to remove the old socket. I may just buy the complete assembly. Thanks
