1969 charger dood stickers

Hi

Wondering if all 1969 rt chargers came with matte black stickers in these grooves with the hood turn signal package? My car is a stripe delete car so I don't know if that also had something to do with the hood turn stripes

My uncle had a 440 six pak 4sp RT 69-70 purple white interior
. I do remember it was blacked out. A shipmate had a 69 318 auto green it didn't have it. They were both fun to driver. Model specific?
