Must have a half way decent body and complete or near complete I will make exceptions depending on what's gone. The typical rust is okay and also needs to have a perfect frame does not need to have an engine and transmission

I am looking for a project car that needs some TLC. Not a restored car.
Complete or close to complete interior is a plus not a necessity must have a clear title. No salvage titles doesn't have to be numbers matching.
