1970 Mopar Block that has been sitting in a garage for 30 years... Dated January 28th 1970. You now know as much it as I do. Also included are a pair of 70-71 J heads. Also condition unknown. If anyone wants to have these checked out on their dime before purchase I don't mind, there is a good shop near me that can do it for you.

Could you possibly post a picture of the opposite side of the block. There are more cast numbers there that will shed a little more light on what the block is.
