Hi, I'm looking for a nice pair of rear convertible panels in black for my 70 Cuda project. The ones I have are drilled everywhere for speakers installed in the 80s.

Thank you

Me too. I've tried to purchase some that were posted, at $2000.
Couldn't even get pictures before they were sold to a "friend".
I started a interior plastic repair thread on e's.org. fixing speaker holes and retexuring.

Oh, looks like that's not so easy. Also thinking about to fix the speaker holes and bring them back live. I'll check your threat. Thanks for your post.

Dante’s sells them new. I bought a set but havnt installed them yet. They look great to me. Another buyer said he had to be careful installing his because they are brittle even though they are new. Nobody ever rides in the back seat of my mopars so I don’t think it should matter to me

Thanks for the pictures. They really doesn't look bad. There are a lot of discussions and opinions in the forums about them.

Are those the same as Palco? I was trying to avoid having a Salvador Dali version of a rear seat panel.

I’ve owned 6 E-body convertibles over the last 25 years. Unless you are a mopar guru, nobody will know the difference. They look real to me. If your car is getting judged concours then not for you.

Oh, they look good, and if it wasn't for all the experts crawling over my car, good enough.
But I expect that the joy will get sucked out of my experience at the first show.
Starting with the it must be fake.
