Up for sale is this 1970 Barracuda Gran Coupe. Factory original, Lemon Twist, big block 383, automatic, A/C car. Body numbers all match. Matching number engine. Non matching number transmission. I do have the fender tag. No build sheet. This is a very rare find with production figure on this car at around 945. Great investment piece. Restoration work has been started on the car. Professionally installed new full 1/4 panels along with outer wheel housings, both trunk floor dropoffs, trunk floor and rear tailight panel. The hard work expensive work is already done. Since the rest of the car still looked presentable, the new 1/4's and trunk floor were painted so the car could be put up for sale without primer on it. Frame rails are solid as is the torsion bar crossmember. Doors are solid as is the fenders and trunk lid. Car will need front floor pan work yet and some front inner fender/cowl work, fuel tank and lines. Not really a whole lot of bodywork left to do on it. Engine turns freely , but hasn't been run in a couple years . All the A/C is intact. Grille assembly is decent. It will need some repair work near the hood release lever. and a upper and lower grille moulding. Right headlight door cracked but repairable. Needs seat covers, carpet, radio and a couple of pieces of dash trim. Dash has typical splits but presentable. Original Gran Coupe style headliner still intact along with the overhead console and original Gran Coupe door panels and emblems. Original rocker mouldings and magnum wheels. I also am including with the car a nice used Cuda twin scoop bulge hood that I bought for it. Was going to put that hood on for a more agressive look but still keep the original hood for originality purposes. It will need the scoop inserts but they are readily available. Paint is presentable enough to drive as it is if you just wanted to get it running again and put it on the road and paint it at a later date. 21k

Hi Vince

Is this still available? Do you have any pics of the underside you could share?

Thanks.

Hi Dave,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Got really busy over the holiday. Anyhow, the car was sold a few days ago. Thanks for your interest
