I'm in search of an OEM carburetor for the 1970 440-4 barrel, with E.C.S and automatic transmission.

This is an Carter AVS carburetor bearing the number 4740S.

Any condition, as long as the core can be rebuilt.

Also seeking the Idle Speed solenoid and bracket affixed to the side of this carburetor.

I'm still looking. I'd like to find one complete with solenoid, if possible.
A car like that is ultra rare. You really should get a carb dated to the Scheduled Production Date of your car. A 4740 was made for many years as a generic replacement carb that was used to supersede a lot of other carbs. So, there are dates on them into the mid 1970's. You need to find one with a date prior to when your car was built.
