Could also be the hood hinge inner fender mount
On second thoughts yes looks like top door mount bracket the hood bracket does not have the tags

Can anyone provide a photo of this piece mounted to the car?

It gets welded to the backside of the rear seat sheetmetal and the brake hose bracket bolts to it.
