Talk about old school look straight out of 70's. This Challenger SE is a time capsule that seems well preserved for its age from that era. Complete with some interior "fun fur", a CB unit , old Pioneer radio with an underdash graphic equalizer, pleated seats and air shocks. This driver quality 1970 Challenger SE is an original SE car that started its life with a 318 auto. Sometime over the years the 318 was replaced with a 340 and the color was changed from Lemon Twist Yellow to Barracuda Orange/ Performance Red, (1969 R4 paint code) Car runs nicely and has a nice aggressive sound to it. There is a fender tag on the car but very hard to read due to thick paint on it. Car has been sitting since around 2004 and should have some general maintainance done before using it. For example, Pull gas tank and clean out old fuel, clean lines, new fuel filter, check brakes and lines, tuneup, new tires, check lights, wipers etc. All minor things that within a few days you could be enjoying the car for the summer. The Challenger has a very old paint job on it and has actually held up very nice for as old as it is. Car has some minor blisters on the lower quarter panels. They are the original panels and not bad for a 47 year old car. Minor chips and scratches here and there in the paint. Car will need a trunk floor. I am including a 2 piece AMD trunk floor with the car. Paint is driver quality, not show quality. Interior has the overhead console and nice SE door panels with the lower carpet. Also has Ralley guages. Inside trim is intact for the rear SE smaller rear window, but is covered in "fun fur", as is the headliner, overhead console and sail boards. Custom pleated front and rear seats. It will need a carpet. Most of the exterior trim is in good shape as is most of the glass. Windshield has typical Ebody wiper scratches. All in all some detail work and general maintainance and you could be out cruising in no time. I do have a set of 14 inch ralley wheels (no center caps) on new blackwall tires I can swap out with the wheels that are on the car if you prefer an original style wheel. Your choice. Doesn't matter to me. clear PA title. 25,900.00
