3 Nipple Breather

I have an easy question. I have a 3 nipple breather on my Challenger. One nipple goes to the air cleaner, the second goes to a line that runs to a gas tank vent. Where does the third nipple go? Thanks

If it is an aircon car 1 line goes to the air cond selector as it is vacuum controlled

The carb line was the one I was forgetting. I've seen it hooked to a 6 pack carb setup, where would it connect to an Edelbrock 4 BBL carb?

It normally goes to a vent tube on a Holley carb, so I'm not sure on a carb with no vent.

On a Carter AVS 4 bbl, there is a vent tube right above the choke pull off and forward of the fuel line connection.
