6 pack fuel leak

Has anyone here done a rebuild on the holley 6-packs. Well I am sure some have. My question is this. My six pack set-up has the emissions friendly center bowl. Using a vapor vent return line. I am getting fuel spilling out the plunger and seal at the vent. I pulled the plunger and seal out and found a piece missing in the plastic. Here is the kicker will a rebuild kit come with these parts or not? I cannot seem to find a parts list for the kits. According to chicagocarburetor.com its part number N1551.

The Holley 3-396 kit has them I believe.

Well I have heard it does and does not. As well as being told the problem is with the needle and seat not the vent. So I ordered all three carb kits they come in wednesday. And if I'm really lucky I may just have it on the road this weekend. The carbs are already on my workbench waiting to be disassembled, cleaned and put back together
