This is a 1970 Charger seat.

I understand that, but it still could be used in e body it is the same seat frame and those are E body tracks.
I had those seats in a 70 Challenger for about a year and a half until I redid the interior.

Yes. The frames are the same. The foam and upholstery are different for Ebody. The tracks are taller in Charger. No way to know they were changed to Ebody since it wasn't stated.
