Need to run a hard line from the mech fuel pump area to the side of the tank that would connect to one of the 4 tank vents tubes? What size tubing should I use? This is in prep for a return regulator setup.

In my stock configured 72 Challenger, the four tank vent lines go into the tank liquid/vapor separator. The 1/4" line out of it goes to the 1/4" vent line going to the engine compartment.
See photo of the removed separator sitting on the removed gas tank.

Thanks Terry. What size rubber hose goes on the vent nipples on the tank?

All are 1/4". I suggest blowing out all four tank vent line tubes so they are clear. I ran a piece of wire in each one. There appears to be some kind of cap on the end of each one inside the tank so I sprayed some brake parts cleaner in each one to be sure they are clear when I saw the liquid come out inside the tank from each vent line. Easy to do if you have the tank out.
