Back in the 1970's when e-bodies first started showing up in salvage yards, I would pick up parts from the cars and also looked for build sheets, Found a few of those sheets that I have had for almost 50 years; found a build sheet for an A66 Challenger in FM3, automatic, black interior, w a black bumble. Not many A66 FM3's around.
Enjoy the copy of this build sheet! Unusual note; this build sheet was not coded for the A01, a package that includes a light for the trunk (L25). It was not available as a separate option. Yet this sheet demarcates the L25 option w/o the A01 light package.
I modified the picture with darker contrast, Enlarge it and it should be more readable!

Sold in Metro Detroit around 1978, it was FC7 (Plum Crazy) with white convertible top and interior, 340 auto, A66 Pkg. 14x6 Road Wheels with trim rings, sold to a student at U of M Dearborn, VIN JH27H0B212903

Rare A66 340 4 speed convertible

Scott, a member of the A66 Registry Group posted a long lost A66 TAG found in a tool box. Appears to be a Q code Executive Order car. Makes sense since it is an early 929 build and well optioned! JH23 H0B 137227 - Q02102

I agree with you; not too bad! I have heard estimates that only about 20% still exist, though 6 more have been added to the A66 Registry since June 2023.

Breaking it down a little more, the rare A66 Challenger convertible with a 4 speed where only 66 were made; the Registry has information on 22 of them (about 33% of those produced)
Specific to A66 convertibles with a 3 speed stick, there are 2 in the Registry out of a total of 20 made (10%)
Since A66 Challengers have become more recognized, more have been turning up!

Sorry for my opinion if it offends anyone, but kinda sad to see an A66 car turned into a 572 Hemi. They should have used a 318 or slant six car if you ask me.

$70k for a convertible A66 with a 4spd isn't a terrible buy!

Looking for anyone who has an original door jamb tire pressure decal for a A66 that can share a picture. Please state whether it is A/C or not, that seems to make a difference on some cars.
