air shield adhesive

anyone know what type of "sealer adhesive" (putty like material) is used for the airshield (plastic) that's afixed to the quarter panel?

latex string putty caulk. It was used for glazing windows.something like that. might find it a hardware store.Don't remember the correct name right now.I'll let you know at 2 in the morning!
