Anyone help with a VIN decode?

So I found this Mopar VIN plate just laying in our gravel parking lot a few months ago. I just now decided to take a look into what it may be from but I cannot get it. I think it to be from the early 60's. Possibly from a large truck but one site suggested whatever it is has a 170 slant 6. So I have no idea what it might be. Any help or info would be great. It is a stainless steel plate that was welded to the body (another hint that it is early 60's)

Thanks for that. I thought it was early 60's. I had a thought about 61 because most of the sheets say third number is year. I forget where I found the note about it possibly being a slant 6. Anyone else have time to look around? Maybe have a resource I don't?
