Bellhousing Finish

From the factory were bell housings painted or natural finish?

They were painted same as the engine color.

They were bolted to the engine when it was painted so they were over sprayed with engine color near the engine but were never fully painted , I usually just paint them cast , & overspray if you want 100% factory look

I think they look better completely painted, but I am not building a 100% factory car. Rod

Looks great either way , no one says you have to do it factory !
