Best sound deadner, and carpet.

Last big purchase? Is all sound deadners the same? Carpet? Just looking for some input before the purchase.

ACC, gave me a quote for carpet. Very nice and knowledgeable. Will be ordering after I receive the 2 samples of brown.

I used ACC for carpeting with the pad upgrade. Fit great. Looks great. Very happy.

For sound deadening, I used Dynamat with the foil. It provides sound deadening and the foil acts as a heat/cold barrier. I would say shop around for comparable products.

I used generic sound dampening mat as well during the TKX 5-speed conversion.

The carpet is OER from Classic Industries. Heel pad is different from ACC.

Whatever product you decide, insulate the partition between the rear seat and the trunk. This will reduce sound. Then i add some additional carpet pad under the rear seat. The mufflers are right below that so the pad helps with sound there.
