bolt size for the seat belt shoulder strap

Had someone put the car together and the seat belt just fell out. He is no longer to be found. So does anyone know what size goes there because that was in it is a 1/2 inch fine thread and you could just pull and wiggle and it comes out.

9/16 fine likely but they use a special bolt with a larger head someone here may have a spare .

Online all I am seeing is 1/2" but a that wiggle out. I will just to research more online. Is there not a nut on the back side of the sheetmetal because it looks like that is all there is. I am trying to look at it thru a hole in the headliner so can of hard to see.
