Build sheet

I have a 70 Cuda and I have a question for the build sheet guys and gals, my sheet has the marks from the seat springs making it hard to see a couple of items.
I have A62 rally dash on the sheet, so would I also have something marked for F96 oil pressure gauge and N85 tach? I haven't been able to find a definite answer yet. As it's unreadable I didn't post a picture of the build sheet
It looks like there is something there but it"s unreadable. I see some things are indicated by the number 1 and some by the number 5 is there a reason for this?

Yes, if you have the A62 Package (Rallye Instruments) then you will have the F96 box for OIL PRES. GAUGE on LINE 7 showing a 6 and the N85 box for GOV/TACK on LINE 10 showing a 5.

The numerals in each box match the second number of the Option Code. Example: N42 Chrome Exhaust Tips ends in a 2 so you will find a 2 in that box on LINE 10 of the broadcast sheet under EXHAUST TIPS.
