It looks like there isn't much rust.
Any chance you could make sure there isn't much rust there before you cut it out.
If it's in decent shape, I'm interested.

ill tap on it with a hammer to make sure it is solid
 
appears to be real solid, petty blue is the original paint so no rust at least on that part of the car

I'm looking for the portion of the cowl at the windshield pinch weld where it dips to hold the rubber support blocks for the windshield one on each side
 
heres some pics of the windshield area , it has rot near the cowl

what years is it? i'd be interested in the whole chunk, how are the upper side windows, the frame under the roof.

im in n.w. pa
20 miles south of erie pa ,

there are more pics of the car on the first page of the thread,

the understructure of the roof is in decent cond,, but the roof is dented,

I can shoot more pics if your interested ,
 
I see a proportioning valve stuck up by windshield area. still have? How much?
