Clock Second Hand Works, Time Doesn't Change.

I changed the underdash wire harness and was thrilled to see the clock was working. That was short lived when I also noticed that the time was not changing. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the hosed up clock cable or if it is internal to the clock.

I had a clock cable problem left it like that I never look at the clock just have fun driving it
