Are the drip rail moldings interchangeable between the Barracuda and the Challenger?

No, they are differently shaped. The top of the Cuda quarter glass comes to a point where the Challenger is curved there. The drip rail trip follows this shape.

However the front section the runs up the A pillar and joins the roof piece may be the same.

The front A pillar section will interchange on a 70-74 Cuda and Challenger
