Exterior Trim part???

Was cleaning and polishing trim parts. Accidentally broke this part. Don't know where it goes, or what it goes to. Looks like going to need both replaced, broke the one trying to clean up with zero wool. If anyone has them looking to sell, or where I can get them??

Does it not come with the 71-74 trim?
70 is pure snap on. 71 up has that securing tab.
I have not had to buy any trim, so I don't know.

Those are the only 2 I need to buy. All other trim is original.
