Was doing research on my car. There are 10 things to make it a numbers matching car. There are 9 all good. Just need the fender tag. How does one obtain a number tag???

I think Chillicothe is south of Columbus, my kids used to race at a motocross track there. Unfortunately no, I don't know anyone down that way.
