Flip top gas cap

I want to put a flip top cap on my 73 challenger.. who makes the best repop cap? Some look like they have plastic bases, what inner cap should I get

I got mine from The Paddock (for my '74), good piece but the companys long gone. I still haven't found a good inner cap yet. I bought 2 generic ones from Rockauto.com, one of which didn't vent (defective) and the second one I had to modify to make it work. So I hope someone on here has a solution for a inner cap.

Vans auto. I got 1 from them and it was very nice. Not sure if they have 1 with the locking cap tho. I have the outer ring if your interested in that also. New and never installed.

That is not for a Challenger. Looks like one for 2nd gen Charger.

It is. Didnt fit my barracuda tho, so not sure what it fits. Are caps the same? They look it.
