Hi, I just jumped over from the A body forum to show some NOS E Body name plates and emblems that I have up for sale. I have sold a few on the A BODY forum and those who have bought from me have confirmed the quality and the fact that these are NOS not re-pop's. I have had these emblems and name plates for 40 + years. If you have any questions or need better pictures let me know, shipping is now included. If you go over to the A BODY forum you can see all the emblems and name plates that are still for sale.
Thanks Bob

Do you know if, the 'Cuda tail plate is the same plate that went on the interior door panel?

I don't think so, these ones are 5 5/8" wide X 1 1/4" tall. Because of the size and that I do not have a part number all the other emblems that were like this said that they were for the tail panel and fenders. I think the interior door panel emblems were a lot smaller.

The only ones that you can use then are #4 and #7. I am sure about #7 being a 1970 only R/T grill emblem but I am not sure that #4 were the correct emblems for a 1970 R/T or not. As far as the shape of these emblems, they are all NOS and in perfect shape. I have had them for over 40 years and they are the real thing. As far as a radiator goes I can't help you there.

Do you know if the adhesive challenger script would also be the same for '74, when they moved them to the quarters?

Thanks,

Hey Dean, I have looked at some used CHALLENGER scripts that were identical to these and that's where I got the part numbers from and according to the part number on them they are correct for 1970/74 it's just that I can not get at the part numbers on these new ones. So in answer to your question I would say yes they are the same.

Scott you can buy them Challenger call-outs cheaper than him and we want the ones that don't glue and we want the ones that have the studs in the back

That's true Scott I think for early 1970 you do need the name plates just like the #2 Barracuda style with the studs and they will need the barrel nut's, and you should be able to buy what they call NORS or re-pops a little cheaper or maybe you can find a set of used touched up ones that will cost you a little less. But be careful I have seen NORS name plates and emblems on eBay and other sites that are more expensive than mine.

Are the 340 hood emblems the same for the shaker bubble?

All the part number tells me is that they are correct for 1970/74 340 Cuda's and that it is a hood emblem. There is nothing that confirms that they will fit the shaker bubble or not.

These 340 CUDA emblems only have two pin's with the barrel nut's and as far as the part #2998042 PLYMOUTH emblems go I had two of those NOS emblems for sale on here to start with and both of them SOLD, look on eBay and type in the part number you might find some more.

I had seen where you had one of the Plymouth emblems but it was sold before I got back to it again. Mine is broke right in the middle of the "H" but you can't really tell it when it's on the car. I had never seen those for sale on any of the resto parts suppliers sites. I've got other things I need more than that right now but I'll look just to see what I might find. Thanks
