If you have a steady hand.use a "sharp razor blade" at a consistent angle. slow but steady! A little Windex will help lube as you remove. The others advice is good.

Can also try a clay bar that should remove it - the finest steel wool good too was told that the body shop which painted mine uses that.

Windex and a new sharp razor blade is all you need to take that paint off. Keep the glass wet when scraping.

I use lacquer thinner, and a razor blade if necessary. After you finish you will likely need to clean it with some good window cleaner to remove the haze.
I haven't had good luck with Windex brand for several years but Invisible Glass brand by Stoner works really well with no streaking. It comes in a spray bottle, or the aerosol can which I prefer because it foams up on the glass for better cleaning and less mess on the paint and trim.
