Heat treated look on cast iron parts for factory spec suspension (71 e-body)

Hi, I will soon start a front suspension resto to factory spec on a 71 cuda im working on.

I would like to know all cast iron parts have the "heat treated" look..

Or is it only some of the cast iron parts?
