K Frame stamp

Hello All

Can anyone decipher this stamp? It is on the front of my K frame. Is it a date of manufacture stamp? Any help is greatly appreciated.

23 = 23 week = First week of June
1 = 1971

Great thanks for the info. Here is a picture of it, BS23 car, it will have a 440 in it, auto, pretty much stock. Bodywork is done, shaker hood, not decided on color yet.
