These are new in the box to move your springs inboard by 1" per side and use a B-body rear end (technically, you could use these with any rear end as long as you get the width correct) to give you a little more room for wider tires/wheels. Not sure if these are older Mancini/AREngineering or Dr Diff kit. When I looked, I noted the current Dr Diff parts are out of stock. $125 + minimal shipping from 99201 or meet up somewhere in the Spokane/Post Falls/Cd'A metro area (you can buy me a happy meal - lol).
