WTB Looking for 70 Challenger project

Looking for a 70 Challenger project car for me and my father to work on. His health isn’t great and he’s old so I figure now or never.

Car can be anything. Would prefer non numbers matching or a base model as the plans are to put a modern drivetrain/suspension into it and I don't want to ruin a rare car.
