I'm looking for a 1973 Plymouth cuda 340 4 barrel. The car was sold new in Virginia in 1973, it was black with white stripes and had a 727 torqueflite in it. My father owned this car from the time it was new up into the early 90s when I was born, when he sold it. My father recently died in January and im looking to see if anyone has the car, I've had no other luck tracing it down. Im desperately looking for it, any help would be appreciated, and I have cash in hand.

You are looking for the needle in a haystack. Do you have the VIN? That would help narrow your search.

Thats the issue I have, I dont have the VIN to the car. Ive tried searching at the DMV and calling Dodge for records of the car and they havent been able to help without the VIN also. I just dont have any legal documentation on the car

It can be done. "Koby" over on Cuda-Challenger was in a similar situation and he managed to find his Dad's Challenger. He ran into a dead-end too until he found some old paperwork with the VIN on it. Is your Mom still with us? Maybe she has some old records or can tell you which dealer sold the car to your Dad, which bank financed the car or who it was insured with or something to get the VIN. Good luck with your quest!

I friend on mine just sold his 73 double black with white stripe Cuda w/white vinyl top on fleabay, I wished I would have seen this.

hey if I could find a 73 dodge rallye challenger what could I look to pay for it??
