Mopar Car Show - Not so fast..

Well I was on my way to my first car show of the year when I discovered the show was postponed due to weather. The forecast had been for storms later in the day, but the Saturday forecast predicted the storms to be mid-day (when they opted for the rain date).
This show is at local Mopar dealer and has been one of my favorites. It is a bit snake bitten by weather. Last year was a light rain / drizzle but they had the show (I didn't go), this year the weather was good until above 4pm, but like I said they apparently postponed the day before. I guess if I was on Fakebook I would have known....

The silver lining is I took the car out for a nice 40 mile cruise. We will try again next Sunday....

When I drive my Challenger , I always feel like a kid going on an "E ticket" carnival ride. "E Ticket", E-Body, coincidence? Hmmm?

Ron, Yep the Junction Auto show. I had my car cleaned up and ready to go. Last year the weather radar showed the rain should let up any minute now, but it never did where I am 20 minutes south of Chardon. Last week was the opposite, they called for storms mid-day, so Junction postponed the show, then the rain never came until after 4pm.

Are you going next week?

Not going to be able to make it. I scheduled a camping trip months ago. Wish I could it's a really nice show even with the rain last year it was a good time.
