Mounting hardware for front valance air shield

Anyone know where I can get the mounting hardware for a 73 Cuda' front valance air shield, for attaching to the front valance? see attached

Herb's used to sell this kit. Seems like it would be easy to piece together at an auto parts store.

Try Tom at RT Specialities, he has had every screw, bolt and clip for my '74 so far.
