I have the interior trim I was looking for the top of the door trim the cudas came with.(sorry if I didn’t clarify) How does the potentiometer look on the dimmer switch?

The one dimmer looks good and changes when I put a meter on it. If it was me I would go with the cat that rebuilds them. On the trim I hope that you find original. On my Charger I had bad luck twice with rear window trim with new, first set polishing was bad, second set formed incorrectly and didn't fit.
