Welcome. Nice work so far. Engine looks killer. The Caltracs work awesome. I have them on my blue 70 Challenger. I was never a fan of the tail stripes on Challengers. I just thought they didn't flow with the angles of the side marker lights and bumper ends withinthe stripe. However, now that my red 70 Challenger has a black stripe, it has grown on me.

Thankyou, the engine was built before I touched the rest of the car as it was the subject of some 'bench racing' we did over 30 years ago, ie what we would build given no rules and more money. The rest of the car just flowed from that. The colour is F8 Green and was not decided until I saw new Redeye Challenger drive in to a show U was at. My mind sees my car with the green body, the black stripe shortens up the tail and the vinyl tip will lower the silhouette. For a laugh I am going to rewrite part of the service manual with the new engine specs.

I could not decide for a long time on colour, I wanted something subtle which is a laugh given the car, the sound and that you never see one in Aus.
