well kinda Factory Part - just not from the factory installed -
in a 70 cuda I had in the back seat, drivers side, mounted on the upper floor pan
just under the rear seat. Had a trunk/hood latch. Pull to unlock the latch of the rear trunk Lid.
It did have a key type lock in the tail panel - just wasnt hooked up.
was a good Idea - one thing it had to be pushed back by hand after you pulled ( had no spring )
also had no Handle - was a small vise grip tool locked on it...
