The 73 looks to be a complete car. I think the price could go + or - 10-20% depending on the finish and personal prefinance. I know it's a big gap but when it is seen in person it is different.

My 2¢. The 70 need a bit more work. The cost of restoring it would far exceed the value of the car. ( But then personal preference is a factor.) The 70 has a number of unique parts. That 5% is harder to get. There is a mention of a HEMI. But no picture of it or if it's original. I don't think it is or the price would reflect it. Probably a 5.7.
