Rebuilt 3438171 Alternator dated 14 70. the part number is correct for 70 and 71 slant 6 vehicles, but all the parts are the same as the 3438172 used on all V8's without AC. There is no paint on the cases, cleaned and treated with Boeshiled. With the stator and diodes installed it will deliver 50 A.
